Research On The Selection Of China Logistics Policy

In the new domestic and international economic situation after the Economic Crisis, the change of development mode will set huge demand and higher requirement to logistics services, which are out of the Chinese logistics industry's ability. The development of logistics needs the guide of related policies. However, there are so many problems in current logistics industry policies of our country's that the effect of policy is limited.Under this background, the key issue about the logistics industry policy is to selection the core policy which can promote the development of logistics industry most effectively. This work has great significance on promoting the development of logistics scientifically and ensuring national economy operating stably and efficiently.This dissertation mainly studies the selection of logisitic industry policy:(1) Based on the introduction of development situations of logistics industry home and abroad, the problems existed in our country's logisitic industry policy are analyzed, the connotations of the logistics industry policy and the selection of industrial policy are discussed, the system of logistic industry policy is builded.And the dissertation designs the selection model of logistics industry policy.(2) The logistics market performance is used to be the measure of the development situation of logistics industry, and Analytic model of factors influencing logistics market performance is established. Grey relativity analysis is used to select factors influencing logistics market performance, and weights of influencing factors are calculated using panel data model.(3) Based on the analysis of policy's influencing path, fuzzily integrated evaluation is used to calculate policy sensitivity matrix.(4) On the basis of weights of influencing factors and policy sensitivity matrix, selection result of logisitics industry policy is achieved, and the dissertation puts forward some relevant policy suggestions...
