The Research Of Relationship Between Enterprise Informatization And Enterprise Organization Construction

Enterprise informatization is a process of comprehensive employment of information technology (IT) and advanced management concepts and approaches for enhancing the enterprise performances, it is a radical organizational change. The core content of the enterprise informatization is to explore how to make information technology and enterprise information resources effective to the operation procedure of enterprise.This dissertation deals with adaptability and development issues of organizational structure in enterprise informatization. It probes into the relationship of mutual influence and mutual adaptability of the influence of IT on organizational structure and the way for organizational design to meet the needs of enterprise informatization. Based on an assessment of the development of enterprise informatization, this paper puts forward an organizational designing strategy and problem tracking on the basis of informatization development stages.In the research into the relationship between enterprise informatization and enterprise organizational structure, this paper first gives an analysis of all kinds of factors influencing organizational structural forms, also analyses the influence factors of informatization to enterprise organizational structure and the trends of organizational. Enterprise informatization is a process of development from the lower level to a higher one. At different development stages, there are difference of contents and degrees in IT's influence on organizational structure. Consequently, the infermatization stages should be taken as a key reference in the readjustment of organizational structure and organizational reform. At the same time, enterprise should not put excessive dependence on informationization in the development, but keep learning at the process of informationization to find the dynamic optimal organizational structure. In this way, the enterprise will achieve more in the future.
