Shanghai C Information Development Co.,Ltd.is a group enterprise which focuses on the digital management of archives and takes the development of industry application software as the core.It covers system integration,technical services,planning and consulting,etc.With the continuous expansion of the listing and scale of the group company,and influenced by the national macroeconomic policy and the intensification of market competition and other external environmental factors,the enterprise strategy of the group company has a new orientation,and has set up a number of business departments,and began to diversify its development.However,through several years of operation,the implementation of the company's strategic objectives has not received good results.the company's operating costs remain high and its operating profits gradually shrink.Since 2015,the company has gradually entered a stable recession.Through literature research,data query,employee interviews,questionnaires and other ways,this paper combs and analyzes the company's development status,difficulties and management problems,and concludes that the company's failure to achieve the current strategic objectives of the enterprise has a great relationship with its organizational structure.In order to design a more suitable organizational structure for the company,guided by the relevant theory of organizational structure,this paper analyses the influencing factors of organizational structure optimization,re-orientates the power and responsibility of each management level,clarifies the assessment indicators and department functions,matches them with the company's strategic objectives at the present stage,and puts forward the possible problems and solutions for organizational structure optimization.It is analyzed.The research finds that the disjointed organizational framework and strategic development direction,the lack of a unified market center,the lack of a unified R&D center,and excessive duplication of functions at the management level are the prominent problems in the company's current organizational structure.The original company's organizational framework no longer meets the needs of the company's strategic development,so it is urgent to improve the adjustment of the company's organizational framework.According to the company's actual situation,the company's organizational framework has been adjusted,the principle of flat design has been adopted,the company's functional departments have been reduced,and a unified market center and a unified R&D center have been set up to meet the needs of the company's strategic development in the new era.
