China's real estate has experienced an era of vigorous development,however,the extensive management model makes most real estate development companies attach importance to resource integration and ignore internal management,which hinders the future healthy development of the industry.In order to fully integrate and effectively use enterprise resources,real estate development companies urgently need to adjust corporate governance structures and organizational structures and build a scientific and perfect group headquarters management organization model to improve the enterprise's management capabilities on the basis of reexamination and determination of the enterprise's strategic planning and the use of network information management platforms and technologies,then complete the in-depth construction of competitiveness.The flat information management is proposed in this thesis to enable companies to gradually mobilize the subjective initiative and work enthusiasm of the subordinate companies so as to ensure their overall vitality and market competitiveness.First,through the questionnaire survey the existing problems and its causes of the real estate development enterprise group management organization model is pointed out in this thesis through analyzing the current status of China's real estate development enterprise group headquarters management organization model.Then,the borrow inspiration about organization structure,the operation mode of management organization mode and process management is put forward through the analysis of the advanced management concepts and technical means of the advanced real estate development companies at home and abroad.Hereafter,several suggestions are proposed based on the analysis of the internal and external characteristics of the reform of the organizational structure of the real estate development enterprise group headquarters.The first aspect is the design of the organizational framework of the group headquarters through the role of the group headquarters in the entire enterprise decided by the value positioning and responsibility positioning and the principles of the clear power and responsibility,the matching of management and value chain,the system supremacy and the progressivity.The second aspect is the operation proposals of the management organization model based on the concept of "Internet Plus" and information management with perfecting the enterprise's monitoring mechanism and value chain.The third aspect is the rebuilding of the enterprise process and information-based process management system according to the principle of process reorganization and the concept of flattening.
