Study On The Quality Safety Control Ability Of Core Enterprise In High Quality Pork Supply Chain

Pork is important food for human beings and is the main source of nutrition. China is the largest producing and consuming country of pork in the world, but the quality and safety level of pork productions in China is relatively low. which either restricts the promotion of our international competition on pork industry, or damages the physical and mental health of domestic consumers.The effective way to solve the problem of pork quality and safety in china at present is to implement supply chain management, and build high quality pork supply chain composing with large and medium-size slaughtering and processing enterprises, moderate size doggeries, and supermarkets. Building up the quality safety control ability of core enterprise is the key to high quality pork supply chain management.According to the related literature at home and abroad, previous related research, visiting experts and on-the-spot investigation, quality safety control ability of core enterprise in high quality pork supply chain is analyzed in his paper from 4 aspects which are conception and formation mechanism, positive analysis, comprehensive evaluation and recommendation by means of elemental analysis, positive analysis and comprehensive evaluation method.The theory part of this paper consists of conception explain and formation mechanism analysis. The conception, constitution and formation mechanism are given and demonstrated depend on the summery of high quality pork and high quality pork supply chain. The results of the study show that quality safety control ability of core enterprise in high quality pork supply chain is a kind of ability beam to ensure pork quality safety. The ability beam consists of 3 basic abilities which are the beforehand control ability, the concurrent control ability and the afterwards control ability. The formation of quality safety control ability of core enterprise in high quality pork supply chain is a process in which the 5 mechanism that driving mechanism, transmission mechanism, realization mechanism, Promote guarantee mechanism and incentive and restraint mechanism work together while function independently.The reality situation and existing problem are empirical parts of this paper. Based on 336 questionnaires from the six provinces, we analyse security control behavior and quality of capacity of the key enterprise of high quality pork supply chain. Research results show that: the core enterprises know more about quality and safety control ability and grasp the importance of this ability and key factors; the core enterprises have formed their own quality and safety control ability but due to various reasons ,their quality and safety control ability differ among different enterprises . Although the core enterprises have formed quality safety control ability, but it is a necessity to improve in the information ability, down-stream security control ability, cooperation quality supervision and accident treatment ability. Comprehensive evaluation is the research methods and case analysis section of this paper. It Designed index system Evaluating core enterprise's quality and safety control ability, based on composing and formation mechanism of core enterprise's quality and safety control ability in high quality pork supply chain, including 3 criterion strata index, eight basic index, 19 specific index layer and 53 factors index; determined weights of hierarchy indicators using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the actual investigation results; determined factors index layer's evaluation value using the fuzzy membership functions; determined comprehensive evaluation value using weighted average method; finally it applied and basically verified the above methods'scientific and effective taking Feicheng silver treasure group, Linyi Xin-Cheng gold ROM company, and Zhucheng DeLiSi company for instance. Research shows that: the comprehensive evaluation value is 0.7012, 0.7311, 0.8855, respectively of those three companies'quality and safety control ability. That is, during the three companies, Zhucheng De-LiSi company has the strongest Quality and safety control ability, Linyi Xin-Cheng gold ROM company takes second place, and Feicheng silver treasure group has the weakest quality and safety control ability.The foothold of the paper is countermeasures and suggestions. Study on the theoretical analysis, empirical analysis and the results of typical case analysis. Raise countermeasures to promote the quality and safety control ability of high quality pork supply chain from three aspects: the core enterprise, the node enterprise of upstream and downstream and the third media. In order to enhance the quality and safety control ability of the core enterprise in high quality pork supply chain, the core enterprise should introduce high-skill talents, strength the management of down-stream channels, improve the concentration, perfect quality safety supervision system and authentication; Pig farm should implement the moderate scale of standardization raising and humanized raising. The core enterprise should promote the supermarkets to the learning and training of related theory, knowledge and business skills, improve its ability to implement the good quality and safety behavior; Government should intensify the enforcement of the standards of food quality and safety and the formulate of related laws, supervise and security the core enterprise to improve pork quality, strictly control the quality and safety of pork; the association of the core enterprise should formulate industry standards and norms to bound and standardize the quality safety behavior. Media (newspapers, journals, broadcasting and television, etc.) should supervise and exposure the quality control ability of core enterprise to security the construction and promotion of quality ability of core enterprises.
