Pork quality and safety management needs the cooperation of all sectors of production and marketing enterprises.Because of the fresh pork breeding and processing enterprises are mainly to small and medium enterprises.In management, technology and equipment are insufficient, quality safety level is relatively low.Coupled with the lack of enterprise of pork quality and safety awareness and pursuit of the interests of artificially added veterinary drugs, additives, fresh pork quality and safety risk problems may at any time.Fresh pork quality and safety risk issues will not only affect the physical and mental health of consumers, but also seriously affect the stability of the food market and the status of international trade competition.
