Computer software is a special commodity, and its pricing is one of the hottest topics in the academic field and corporate practice. Market economy requires enterprises to respond to prices in a scientific and quick way. Thus, it is very important that how to build up a scientific a valid software product pricing policy for the enterprise. This is not only a concern of the company, and the software industry is issue of concern. Based on this, I research the pricing strategy of the securities trading software product in the article. First of all, the paper analyzes the background and significance of the pricing of the securities trading software product. Secondly, the article presents the relevant pricing theories and methods. Thirdly, the article analyzes the marketing environment about the securities trading software products, including trade characteristic, trade market condition, consumptive demand characteristic, cost analysing, factors that effects the prices and the unique features of the securities trading software product, and so on. Based on the above analysis, the article evaluates the JZKJ company's past and present pricing strategies. Following extensive investigation and demonstration on a large amount of data, the article proposes the strategy of price competition about the JZKJ company's securities trading software product. At last, the paper gives some comments and suggestions from several aspects of the implementation of the company's pricing strategy.
