Whether the E-commerce enterprises can operate efficiently,to a great degree,It lies in the effectual integration of information flow,capital flow,trade flow and logistics.However,at present,the logistics service level in our country is not high compared with other developed nations.logistics has more and more become the bottlenecks restricting the development of E-commerce enterprises,so choosing appropriate logistics operation mode will promote to realize the final goal of low cost and high profit for E-commerce enterprises.Based on the analysis and research on the classification of logistics operation models,this paper divides E-commerce enterprises logistics operation models into three forms:completely self-supporting,completely outsourcing and logistics alliance.In the first place, beginning from the logistics features of E-commerce enterprise,aiming at the respectively applicable characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the three logistics operation models,this paper established just three evaluation index systems.Then,In the view of features of the quantity of indexs is large,some indexs cannot be calculated quantitativelyjust analyzed by qualitatively, combining the principles and characteristics of set-valued statistical method and multilecel grey evaluation method,this paper further put forward a new integrative evaluation method based on set-valued statistical method and multilecel grey evaluation method.Finally, this paper uses practical account case to verify the integrative evaluation method, use Matlab programming model and analyze sensitivety of the integrative method.
