ABSTRACT:In our country, the high-speed railway develops rapidly, the construction period is gradually shortened, the increasingly competitive situation and the managers focused on doing construction and operation, the level of project management is not high in the field of railway construction generally, besides, the concepts and techniques of project management have not been emphasized enough, and its application efficiency is low. How to improve the project management capacity and the competitiveness of the railway construction enterprises has become an issue that managers focus on. Through the research and application of the Project Management Maturity Mode in the High-speed railway construction enterprise, managers can find out the weakness of their project management, and make a plan to improve, then the level of project management can be promoted. This is significant for improving the competitive advantage of high-speed railway construction enterprises, even all the railway construction companies.Studies on Project Management Maturity Model of Railway Construction Enterprises are provided in this dissertation. According to current project management theories and the results of domestic and foreign researches on Project Management Maturity Model, the index system of evaluating the project management maturity of Railway Construction Enterprises is founded, considering the characteristics of the high-speed railway construction project, and Grey relational comprehensive evaluation of gray method is introduced, by combining theoretical with empirical research, and qualitative with quantitative research.Firstly, with theoretical study, a literature review is given to the research of PM3, combined with the characteristics and existing project management pattern in the high-speed railway construction enterprises and contrast project management maturity model, determined the methods, steps and strategy of the high-speed railway construction enterprise project management maturity method.Secondly, the complex influent factors of project management maturity of high-speed railway construction companies are analyzed. They are separated into basic elements and classified in the form of hierarchical structure. An index system of evaluating the project management maturity is found.Lastly, considering the comprehensive and fuzzy characteristic in evaluating the project management maturity of high-speed railway construction companies, Grey relational comprehensive evaluation of gray method is introduced to evaluate it, being scientific evaluation methods and tools. Then a case is given to test the feasibility of the model produced.Total 10 figures,30 tables,57 references.
