Research On How To Establish And Perfect The Mechanism Of Industrial Injury Prevention In China By Economics

As an important project of social security, Industrial Injury Insurance plays an important role in the community. With the progress of the society, the influence of Industrial Injury Insurance aroused widespread concern. Industrial Injury Insurance gradually moving towards the positive industrial injury insurance which put prevention in the foremost position. It has become the mainstream of international development of the industrial injury insurance that implementing the positive industrial injury prevention in the industrial injury insurance system.In recent years, China's economic developed rapidly, and the social security system gradually improved. However industrial injury accidents happened frequently, the death toll remained on a high level, occupational-disease harmed to workers seriously. The slogan of "Industrial injury prevention" have been Shouting for many years, but large-scale of dead, injured calamity accidents happen against the suppression, occupational injury situation is still quite serious. The reason of this phenomenon is that laborers'industrial injury prevention consciousness is weak, enterprise participation enthusiasm is not high, government agencies regulation is slack, in a word, industrial injury prevention mechanism is not perfect, industrial injury insurance system makes heavy of compensation and makes light of prevention, industrial injury prevention didn't function effectively. While on the situation of occupational injury is very serious, to establish and improve industrial injury insurance prevention mechanism, is not only one part of the construction of socialist harmonious society, but also an important task of the industrial injury insurance.In this paper, we use the basic theory and research method of Industrial Injury Insurance and Safety Economics, we analyze the severe situation of industrial injury accident and occupational disease and the challenge industrial injury prevention faces in consideration of the relative statistic data. Then we carry out the qualitative and quantitative analysis of industrial injury prevention cost and benefit. Finally, we discuss how to establish and perfect the mechanism of industrial injury prevention according to problems exist in the implementation of industrial injury prevention in our country.
