Research of Human Resources Management Model of XTZ CompanyWith the development of technology and economy, enterprises are experiencing the historic stage of human resources from an industrial economy to a knowledge economy, and human resources has become the most important, active and dynamic part of corporate resources. Correspondingly, the two major areas of management industrial engineering and behavioral science in the process of improving enterprise efficiency is focusing on the objects with human resources as their key contents, while the knowledge is gradually being recognized as the most important energic element of human resources. Rigid managing pattern of human resources which traditionally based on the traditional rules and regulations, discipline the behavior of employees by rules, relying on organizational powers to execute procedural management has become less and less well adapted for enterprise to survive, develop and lead in the fierce market competition. Human resources, scientific development and utilization of knowledge resources which enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises for quite a long time now almost become a priority area of management.XTZ is a newly registered enterprise of China's leading construction machinery industry X company, and it engaged in researching, producing and selling high-speed railway and tunnel construction equipment, urban rail transit and land transport vehicles and parts product. As the new recruit of railway equipment industry, XTZ company is facing both opportunities and challenges. As it has the advantage of strong brand, technology and management, the task it faces is quickly finding out and enter into the market that is different with the traditional construction machinery, so that the enterprise can achieve scale quickly and develop sustainable, finally building a strong human resource management model to promote the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the systematic study of industrial engineering, this paper researches the relationship of industrial engineering and human resources management in-depth, and it focus on the management theories, new features of modern industrial engineering and human resources management under the development of knowledge economy. It demonstrates the fact that in human history, human resource development becomes the primary resource and knowledge becomes the first element of human resource. At the same time, by analyzing the XTZ HR composition and evaluation and problems of management status, facing many problems that human resources management position is low, human resources management strategic planning is bad, poor staff teamwork deficiencies and performance assessment, incentives, based on putting the important elements of the core competitiveness——knowledge resources as the meta variable, taking the consistence of personal values and organizational values, personal development and organizational development, management objectives and profit goals, corporate culture and core competitiveness of enterprises as the starting point, we propose a improvement and practice program of XTZ Human Resource Management to adapt to the modern industrial engineering.This article includes five parts: The first chapter is introduction, describing the background and significance of this study, giving the main content and technical routes. The second chapter is the theoretical basis for the paper, mainly by contrasting human industrial engineering and human resources development stage to compare the different characteristics of human resource management of United States and Japan, and illustrate the interactive and complementary relationship between industrial engineering and human resources management. To meet the researching need, the chapter also briefly describes relevant theories of improving the competitiveness of enterprises-corporate strategy theory, corporate competence theory and knowledge management. The third chapter is to analyze the composition and management of XTZ HR. Briefly describing the XTZ company background and organizational structure. Statistical analyzing the structure of the company's human resources and summarizing the characteristics of human resources, and pointing out the problems and their reasons. The forth chapter proposes the improving measures of the improvement of human resources in the XTZ company. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and outlook, and describes the general applicability and shortcomings of the results in this study, and the next key steps of researching and practicing.
