Reseach On The Tourism Business Integrity Mechanism From The Perspective Of Ethics

The study is for the serious lack of integrity of a large number of tourism enterprises on the domestic market,it combined with knowledge of ethical conduct in depth analysis of this phenomenon and puts forward the author's view,that is,consruct the integrity mechanism of tourism enterprises,then put it institutionalized and standardized.At the same time,for convincing the reader,the paper uses some experiences of Jiangsu province for reference,and let people and enterprises really take action what they promised,then promote the construction of social and moral integrity.In this paper,it appiled business ethics theory as the theoretical basis for the research,and proposed that the perfect strategy is combined the moral education and legal education,exactly speaking,construction tourism enterprises integrity mechanism.That includes three parts.The first part is the main content of tourism enterprises integrity mechanism,including five areas: a)mechanism of trustworthiness education;b)mechanism of supervision andmanagement;c)mechanism of encouragement and punishment;d)mechanism of improvement and innovation;e)mechanism of examination and assessment;The second part is the surppot conditon of the mechanism.The consruction of tourism enterprises integrity mechanism is malarkey if there is no relevant conditions.The third part is the guarantee measures for the mechanism, In the tourism enteprises integrity mechanism, there is the intrinsic link among the various mechanisms: the mechanism of integrity and moral education is the premise, the supervision and management mechanism is to ensure honesty, the integrity examination and evaluation mechanism is the means, the integrity of reward and punishment mechanism is the driving force, and all these mechanisms should be a self-open system, which has its own mechanism to improve innovation.Construction of tourism enterprises through the integrity mechanism, the integrity of the legal system as a system for tourism enterprises daily's education and management system, and they stick to it for a long run.we hope it could help tourism enterprises solve the problem of lost trust effectively.
