It faces the culture much different from its native culture and the management environment mostly decided by it. In addition, when the enterprise is funded by two or multiple investors, the culture and employees from different enterprises will produce maladjustment. Being one of the biggest challange for multinational enterpises, multi-culture management is the key to the success of multnational managementThis paper takes apart the problem and actuality of multinational enterprises based on multi-culture study of scholars from all around the world and introduces the culture differences and culture collisions encounted by multinational enterprises. The reasons of the differences are analysised and method to deal with culture differences are provided.
