The study of Across-Culture management concerns on how to manage enterprises composed of people under different cultures. With the rapid growth of global economic and the fast development of multinational enterprises, the problem of multi-culture management is attracting the attention of people and becoming the new trend and foward edge of management study.With the continously growth of incorporation of world economy and collectivized region economy, the globalization of enterprise management has become the inreversible trend of the time. Multinational management is a normal phenomena in global ecnomic development. To maximize the economic benefit, the enterprises must bestride the national border and use sources around the world, incoporating the advantages of themselves on fund technology and management with the advantages of amphitryons on sources market and labour force to engage in production and management. when a multinational enterprise is in operation, its not only the commodity,capital and technology that stride the nation border, but also the culture. It faces the culture much different from its native culture and the management environment mostly decided by it. In addition, when the enterprise is funded by two or multiple investors, the culture and employees from different enterprises will produce maladjustment. Being one of the biggest challange for multinational enterpises, multi-culture management is the key to the success of multnational managementThis paper takes apart the problem and actuality of multinational enterprises based on multi-culture study of scholars from all around the world and introduces the culture differences and culture collisions encounted by multinational enterprises. The reasons of the differences are analysised and method to deal with culture differences are provided.
