At present, under new home and international climate, our reform and opening-up is developing further and further, the socialist market economy has set out, knowledge economy is coming with new challenges, science and technology is progressing and increasing, new phenomena of economy are coming out, such as the rising and adapting of sectors of economy, the growing and thriving of the service sector, the emergence and increase of the entrepreneur class, productive elements participating in distribution, the increase of income brought by intellectual labor, and so on. All these facts tell us that technical innovation is the weapon to keep a people thriving, an eternal driving force of a country's prosperity, a major engine of economic development, and a significant measure for a corporation to improve its core competency home and abroad, which demands that our enterprises should start from new ideas, and make knowledge innovation, research and development and application in the process of product designing, producing and selling; at the same time, the enterprises should quicken knowledge creation and transition among internal department of the enterprises, and meanwhile, more focus should be on the establishment of close strategic fellowship between enterprises and innovation centers home and abroad.This thesis demonstrates the relationship between technical innovation and systematology from the perspective of systematology. According to the fundamentals of philosophy, the departments of a corporation should be coordinated reasonably and optimized globally so that innovative information and ideas can circulate freely among the departments; meanwhile, cooperation among corporations should be strengthened, including universities, institutes, competitors and medium organizations to ensure that innovation can be applied into social production timely; on the other hand, the government should also provide some relevant support in finance and policy to create a nice platform for growth. Drawing on the experiences of international technical innovation and creating a reasonable China-featured enterprise-innovation way make the home enterprises realize their own innovation ability, inspire employees' innovation passion. Under the climate of economic globalization and knowledge economy and information networking, the advantage of enterprises will be fully played to push the improvement of their innovation.
