Main reason is that the effective benefit mechanism has not been formed yet, the benefit distribution was not linked with stakeholders. Therefore the participants have few positivity, even cannot lead successful transformations. Based on this reality, the study summarizes the experiences of domestic and foreign agricultural science and technology achievements transformation models, analyzes the benefit mechanism problems of Sichuan province. and explores how to construct a fair, rational and feasible benefit mechanism to improve the efficiency of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation and to promote agricultural science and technology progress and the development of agricultural production.The leading train of thought is on the basis of current research achievements, defined the benefit mechanism category extended from system and process theories of the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements.
