The system terminal is set as pure client side on the network, if closed without ports and limitations on special IP visits. A firewall is built to between main collection system and supply marketing system.Data transportation is secured by reliable encryption.Three levels of right management are set according to different operators.Uploading data on terminals are encrypted with message bodies encrypted by fixed or random keys according to different businesses.The collection terminal model,in the way of "electricity locations into the community ",breaks though limitations of space and time.smoothes the customers'payment difficulties and increases collection rate,effectively solving the old collection problem for power companies and better serving power customers.The mobile electricity fee collection system, based on embodied technology and in a new way of high quality service, will be of great supplement and expansion to the current collection method.With effective promotion of customers'satisfaction and increase of collection rate, it entitles power companies to further improve the service level and quality with the help of information technology.
