The Loudi Power Administration Tariff Recovery Risk Management

Tariff recovery is the lifeblood of the grid enterprise. The electricity charge that is main income of the grid enterprise, manifests the economic preformance of the enterprise.Because the combined effect of the internal and external factors, tariff recovery has become a difficult problem, which directly impacts on interests of the statedowened grid enterprise.There are some problems that the statedowened grid enterprise must face and solve in the purpose of promoting the sustainable development of electricity enterprises, which are finding out and study on the existing problem, improve internal and external environment.Taking Loudi statedowened grid enterprise as the sample, this study firstly analysed the status, risk sources and causes of the owning electricity charge, and summarized the experience of tariff recovery, then proposed the risk control model for tariff recovery, trying to provide reference for the grid enterprise.
