Power resource is the people's livelihood top priority. With the deepening of China's economic reform, has served as untouchable "deep water area of reform," the power industry is also faced with many challenges. Recovered as electricity supply enterprise marketing last part, plays a decisive role. It is the fundamental guarantee of power supply enterprise for sustainable development, thus its risk management has always been valued by all levels of power supply enterprises. This is a win-win cooperation relationship between the power companies and large customers, but in the face of increasingly grim economic situation, many large customers high-quality power supply companies also appeared in the phenomenon of electricity arrears. In addition, the actual tariff recovery process, there is the responsible person to advance the power of electricity to achieve the performance evaluation of the phenomenon, which have contributed to the occurrence of delinquent behavior is not conducive to the power companies and electricity customers to maintain long-term good relations. For electricity arrears phenomenon, the power companies should periodically assess the performance management system, and to make changes in a timely manner and circumstances change over time in accordance with, the courage to break the shackles of the existing system, truly "people-oriented." Return ratio in the electricity supply companies, the large user occupies a special place because of its high proportion. Therefore, the power companies should strengthen large users of electricity collection risks related research, and accordingly build large user tariff recovery and avoid risk warning mechanism, which in terms of the survival and development of the power companies is very important.The first part is the introduction part, from the macro and micro perspective discusses the research background and significance, and tease out research ideas, innovation and papers indicate inadequate. The second part reviews the theoretical researches on enterprise risk management, while electricity tariff recovery risk enterprise made a general introduction, so as to further investigate the risk of electricity tariff recovery companies provide theoretical support. The third part analyzes the influencing factors of power enterprise risk management, and financial and credit extract the two main indicators using principal component analysis. Thesis focused on the fourth and fifth in two parts, through the integrated use AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk of the user of electricity, to lower the risks associated tariff plan. Finally, on the electric power industry in tariff recovery feasible risk control measures do some thinking and discussion on common areas.
