| The accumulation of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide in the atmosphere which caused the greenhouse effect and global climate change. CDM forestry project is one of important means to offset the emissions reduction targets of greenhouse gas. Unfortunately, no attempts have been done in this field. Considering local resources characters, each tree species will be determined, in this study, an optimization model of carbon sinks based on ILP method is developed for CDM forestry project under uncertainty. The developed optimization model has been applied to a practical case of CDM forestry project in Inner Mongolia. Results indicate that carbon sinks increased [0.03,22.93]%according to the optimal solutions. Moreover, the ecological environment benefits can also be raised to different extent. Optimal solutions obtained from the model are helpful for decision-makers in not only obtaining the maximum benefits for CDM forestry project, but also identifying desired tree species allocation plans with maximized carbon sinks. |
