The Application Of Project Management In Overhaul Of Tangshan Thermoelectricity Company

The quality of overhaul project management of power generation enterprises is not only directly related to the economic benefits of power generation enterprises, but also related to the power generation enterprises'core competitiveness. The question can not avoid for all power genetation enterprises that how to improve equipment reliability, reduce operating cost through carrying out overhaul and maintenance on the generator.This paper deeply study the application of project management theory in the overhaul project based on the combination of project management theory with the actual overhaul of Tangshan Thermalelectricity Company.This paper firstly describes the project management theory research status at home and abroad, briefly describes how project management theory applied to the management of generator overhaul; the next, respectively describes the basic theory and method of cost management, quality management and schedule management of power plant equipment maintenance management of overhaul project, makes a comprehensive analysis on influence factors that may result in bias of the three management objectives; then combine the actual overhaul situation of Tangshan Thermalelectricity Company, research how to apply project management to equipment overhaul work, how to effectively to conduct cost control, quality control and schedule control, realize the scheduled goal and expectation; for effectively make cost and schedule control of overhaul project of Tangshan Thermalelectricity Company, this paper establishes cost and schedule control model, analysis their actual situation at different check stages; finally, study the theory of network programs and specific application in the overhaul project of Tangshan Thermalelectricity Company.The study results show that through the application of project management theory in the overhaul of power plant equipment, enable the cost, quality, schedule three goals in a controllable state, effectivly ensure the overhaul project can be completed in high quality and quantity.
