Q refining and chemical company is today's 12 million tons of domestic leading type and chemical enterprises,in the once every four years,the project equipment overhaul process,total investment,complex technology and personnel is numerous,time is very compact.In order to complete the quality target of the maintenance on time,to avoid that schedule is delayed and cost is overrun,the drawing on the relevant theories at home and abroad on the basis,using scientific management methods to optimize the maintenance schedule,and the use of key chain this new project management method to establish a large refining and chemical company maintenance schedule optimization model,And apply it to schedule management.Firstly on the critical chain schedule management at home and on abroad research status were analyzed,and further comparison of traditional schedule management and critical chain schedule management method the advantages and disadvantages of,analysis of the current status of large refining device maintenance schedule management,aiming at the problems of the existing project plan period is too long,a waste of time,resource conflicts and schedule control,put forward the critical chain schedule management method to optimize the progress management of such projects.The paper proposed to establish a suitable for large-scale petrochemical overhaul project short time schedule management optimization model.On the basis of the traditional estimation duration,the paper estimated the time elasticity coefficient of the working procedure and improved the continuous time of the process are.And for maintenance in the process of limited space and ground the special resource constraints on the progress of the project effect,optimize the validation method of the critical chain project,also use cut each process safety time sum of variance as setting project buffer,in full compliance with the key chain and the theory of constraints the overall optimization,rather than the idea of local optimization.Finally,the application of the model in the Q & petrochemical company overhaul projects,it has been achieved certain effect,and it can be in other same types of projects implemented using,we can effectively improve the delays which is caused of constrained resource.Through an example application and at the same time,it verified the preliminary results of this approach,for the later similar maintenance project schedule management provide constructive reference value.
