Yihua The PTA Plant Equipment Overhaul Quality Management Planning And Implementation Of The Study

In the background of Yizheng PTA overhaul project, the author use the Method of communication, data analysis, literature study and combining with theory and practice and dissertate in detail on the application process of quality management planning and operating in overhaul project. Firstly, the author introduces the basic theory and method of quality management and quality management planning and analyzing the current state of overhaul quality management of PTA project. Secondly, he dissertate the application of relevant theory of quality management on the PTA equipment. Thirdly, the author dissertate the process of PTA equipment overhaul quality management through the 3 aspects of overhaul preparation, overhaul operation and overhaul ending period.In this thesis, we apply the theory of quality management and quality management planning to the daily management traditionally. It is valuable to help raise the level of project management planning and operating.
