The Establishment Of Optimization Control Model Of Dalian Sustainable Development

This paper argues that the research on the sustainable development model include single model and composite model. Single model is for a problem of the sustainable development. While composite model is for two or three problems of the sustainable development. With the further research on models of sustainable development, there are much more complex model coordination of aspects of sustainable development.Most of the existing model of sustainable development just involved a few aspects of sustainable development, lacking analysis on the whole sustainable development system. Sustainable development System includes four subsystems of social, economic, energy and environment. This paper selects of social, economic, energy and environment related data of Dalian sustainable development system, and establishment a social model group, the economy model group and energy and the environment model group. Social model group is mainly related to the social needs of the population model; economic model mainly related to economic growth model; what's more, energy and environment model includes energy consumption and pollutant emissions model.This article introduces control theory,establishing a optimization control model system for sustainable development in Dalian, and then we use the data in 2010 to verify the model system. Finally, this article optimizes and analysis the 2010-2015 indicators of sustainable development in Dalian.
