In fact, it is the international express delivery that can be the most profitable and have the most business potential. International express network node should be selected as a domestic express one of the key points of corporate development for them, to catch up with the pace of the international express delivery giants and to occupy a place in the competitive express market.Because of the broad across region, the international express is in the impact of many aspects such as geography, customs, time differences and commercial policy.Firstly, according to practical express operations, this article analyzed the transportation network structure and the way of transportation chosen of international express within the field in China, and gave a complete chart of international express transportation network mode. Then, based on the international express transportation network chart, the paper proposed a simple model of logistics network nodes location based on the time threshold. Subsequently, this paper considered the price discount factor in transports of both trunk and branch based on their each features, and complemented and deepen the model above. Subsequently, the paper proposed a practical and solved it by application of LINGO algorithm. During which, the paper set two different time thresholds and compared the two results. At the last part, the results comparison was used to analyze and confirm the operating trends of apply the cost for time in the modern courier companies.
