With the internationalization the deepening of the market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) of China face the increasing pressure of competition from the international market. In recent years in succession from foreign market of Chinese SME implementation perspective, we import restrictions in the business concept of SME, have very big problem, enterprise's ethics is one of the reason.This paper is about the small and medium-sized enterprises industry environmental and social aspects of small and medium-sized enterprises in Chinese ethical problems existed in the west and by reference to perfect enterprise ethic system and traditional Chinese ethics and morals system to construct the small and medium-sized enterprises to Chinese national conditions ethical and moral system.This paper mainly divided into four parts, the first part introduces briefly the enterprise ethics moral importance and the development of domestic and international enterprise ethics. The second part introduces western enterprise ethics system and Chinaese traditional ethics system, which can be used as the construction of the country's characteristic of small and medium-sized enterprise ethics system theoretical basis. The third part puts forward the small and medium-sized enterprises at present stage the problems and puts forward the corresponding solutions. Finally, in reference to foreign advanced enterprise ethics mode according to the situation in China based on forward our own small and medium-sized enterprise ethics system. Based on the analysis of the small and medium-sized enterprises causes of ethical problems when considering legal system and enterprise not only personal morals, also introduced another to enterprise ethics influential factors-economic, and on this basis puts forward specific solutions. Enterprise morality is not only a kind of social service image, more importantly; he is a safeguard the social and economic balance of key factors. To build small and medium-sized enterprise morality system, it's necessary for Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise development conditions.
