On The Construction Of Enterprise Ethics For Medium And Small-Sized Enterprise Under The Condition Of Socialistic Market Ecomomy

Medium and small-sized enterprise is one of the important subject of socialistic market economy. The article attempts to introduce some reflection and advise on the construction of enterprise ethics for medium and small-sized enterprise in China according to analyzing the problem of enterprise, referring the study on enterprise ethics abroad , and traditional culture.While approaching ethics in current medium and small-sized enterprise, this also particularly probes into the disarray of their ethics paradigm , points out its harm and finds out causes. As to the phenomenon of immoral business behaviors for medium and small-sized enterprise, the thesis elaborates systematically non-credit, the indifference of the social responsibilities . immoral culture behaviors etc. The article introduces the harm of enterprise's immoral behaviors about enterprise itself and sociality and natural environment . It analysizes the causes of enterprise's immoral behaviors, it includes three causes: the transition of the system and the values of enterprise and enterprise itself .This thesis aims systemtically to elaborate the necessity and possibility on the construction of enterprise ethics for medium and small-sized enterprises.Ways and suggestions of medium and small-sized enterprises ethical construction were paid great emphasis on the article. Thus the article emphasizes how to construct in internal and how to construct in external. As to internal construction, the approach consist of building of enterprise credit idea and enhancing the enterprise social responsibilities. About external construction the approach consist of forming the excellent ethics environment and improving the system of law and enhancing the macrocontrolling of the government.
