Study On The Construction Of Enterprise Ethics Committee System Of State-ownd Large And Medium-sized Enterprises

Since the21st century, our country has made remarkable achievements oneconomics. With the deepening of China’s economic system reform, the state-ownedlarge and medium-sized enterprises gradually become the main body in economicactivities, and impact on economic life, political life and cultural life. In promotingthe economy growth and material construction, our country is paying more and moreattention to spiritual civilization construction. State-owned large and medium-sizedenterprises of the moral system construction with Chinese characteristics, is not only apart of China’s socialist construction with Chinese characteristics, but also in theexploration of the enterprise ethics management in our country.State-owned large and medium-sized enterprises as an important part of nationaleconomy, should lead all the other enterprises for business ethics. The construction ofenterprise ethics committee system is a necessary measure and an important guaranteeto strengthen and implement the ethical management of large and medium-sizedenterprises. The world economic integration and the openness of our country afterjoined the WTO, which make the enterprises facing fierce competition. Then, theethical management becomes more and more important in the international business.Therefore, the construction of enterprise ethics committee system is not only theinherent requirement of enterprise survival and development, but also the objective ofthe times change.This study is on how to construct the ethics committee system in state-ownedlarge and medium-sized enterprises. It is divided into four parts. In part1, it expoundsthe background and the related research at home and abroad. In part2, based on theestablishment cases and models of the ethics committee in western countries, we canlearn their experiences. In part3, from the research on the investigation of thestate-owned large and medium-sized enterprises ethics committee system in ourcountry, it finds that it is necessarily and urgently to establish the ethics committeesystem. In part4, it put forward the construction mode of the state-owned large andmedium-sized enterprises with Chinese characteristics ethics committee system.
