Research Of The Optimization Of China's Industrial Structure In The Context Of Green Development

China is in high-speed stage of industrialization and urbanization now. The consumption of resources increases dramatically. The emissions of industrial waste caused great damage to the ecological environment. The international financial crisis and the global climate crisis have had a great impact on China's economic development. Constrained by severe resources and environmental conditions, China's current economic growth meets many bottlenecks. Green development has become a new theme of development. Many developed Countries have put new energy, new materials, energy-saving environmental protection industry and other emerging industries as the focus of economic development. The primary task of establishing green development model is to optimize the industrial structure, so the research of the optimization of China's industrial structure in the context of green development is very important.First, the theories of green development and industrial structure optimization have been reviewed. The general law of industrial structure optimization has been described in detail. The relationship between green development and optimization of industrial structure has been proposed. Green development impacts on the optimization of industrial structure through three factors. They are resource, economy and policy. Green development theory has enriched the content of industrial structure optimization. Industrial structure must be green. The sophistication and rationalization of industrial optimization have been amended. Based on the general way of discriminating industrial structure, this paper set an evaluation system of industrial optimization from five aspects. They are economic development, social development, environmental protection, technology development and internationalization. This paper identifies the current status of the industrial structure optimization with actual data of economic and social development last ten years. Based on the evaluation of industrial structure optimization, empirical research is made on status of China's industrial structure optimization.By analyzing the problems of industrial structure in the context of green development, we present the objective, principles and directions of the optimization of industrial structure. First, China should focus on the transformation of traditional industries. Second, China should accelerate the development of high-tech industries. Third, China should develop the environmental protection industry vigorously.
