Research On Financial Integration In The Yangtze River Delta

Yangtze Delta, one of the most developed areas in China, the development of its internal economic integration has reached a very high degree. Financial integration in the Yangtze River Delta is an important part of regional economic integration, is a special Ministry of Finance phenomenon in a major domestic, it is a special financial integration in a sovereign nation within a unified exchange rate policy in a unified fiscal and monetary policies, and therefore the research methods and ideas should be different from the study of international financial integration, it should be discussed combined with China's national conditions, on the basis of many scholars study within the Yangtze River Delta region Administrative and institutional factors, such analysis will be a more comprehensive and credible.In his paper, I select the distribution of financial resources in the Yangtze River Delta as the entry point, and make analysis on the basis of financial resources flow theory and the theory of optimum currency areas, through this I make deep analysis of its development path and the mechanism of each factor in financial integration in the Yangtze River Delta region, and get the distribution and flow characteristics of financial resources in this area. On the status of the distribution of financial resources of the Yangtze River Delta region, I make use of empirical analysis, which include the means of the price law and the saving-investment correlation analysis, to measure the level of financial integration in the Yangtze River Delta. Finally, in front of the preceding analysis, and on the basis of both inside and outside of the financial mechanism of the growth theory, I get the reason that stop the financial integration of the Yangtze River Delta region, and give the corresponding policy recommendations in the end.
