The HEZHONG LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY was a new life insurance company, which was established in the year 2005, since it's establishment the company has been developing business with the basic principle of "people-oriented"The HEZHONG company take the principle of prudent management, Since th e foundation date, it established science and transparent investment organization st ructure, the professional decision-making system and risk control system, ensure st eady investment decisions and control investing risk effectively. The company dev eloped a complete product system, covering the traditional long-term life insurance, dividend insurance, major diseases insurance and short-term insurance etc.The HEZHONGcompany take to the principle of "invest in people", take the staff as the most important resources and the most valuable wealth, provide competitive remuneration and learning and training opportunities and work to create a favorable development environment, to make company the place of inducting talent, accepting talent, gathering talent and reserving talent. With sharp business strategy, definite development targets and harmonious working atmosphere, clear rewards and penalties working system, the company deeply employer the staff's potential, achieve double success for individuals and company.As reform deepening of the market economy, focusing on the customer has become the core business services for all enterprise management, in response to an insurance market competition situation, the HZ win the market with continuous innovation, establish good customer relations management system and the business process, make full use of information technology, keep in touch with the market demand changing and develop new products to meet customer's demand, start pointed marketing and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, stable and expand our group customer.The HZ advocate "Quick Claims Settlement" service principle, and gradually set up my own brand, win market share to have firm foundations for marketing of a business. But in actual comparison, from its foundation, though the performance was promoted, but progress was slower, the company rank about 10th among all domestic investment insurance company, the premium per capita is lower, which cause high staff turnover,Against this background, I take the company products marketing as research object, and the products marketing as starting, analysis the problem during marketing process of HEZHANG insurance company and with integrating theory with practice, quantitative and qualitative research techniques, we focus on company's performance information of recent years and evaluate it. In according to the problem exists objectively, we proceed systems analysis, comparing the market insurance products we find out the differences and play the advantage of the company products and find new way of marketing, rise my own marketing strategy on insurance products marketing.
