Research On Cosmetics Production Quality Supervision In Baiyun District Of Guangzhou City From The Perspective Of Social Co-governance

With the continuous improvement of the living standards of Chinese residents,the broad masses of the people's demand for cosmetics has become more and more high,and higher requirements for product quality and safety are also put forward.However,there are many problems in the cosmetics market,and the quality and safety problems of cosmetics emerge in endlessly.Baiyun District of Guangzhou is an important gathering place for the production and sales of cosmetics industry in China.There are a large number of cosmetic production enterprises,the cosmetics produced by the companies are exported to the whole country and even the world.the frequency of supervised random inspection is higher in China,and the rate of detected problems is also higher.Although the government departments of Baiyun District of Guangzhou City have taken various measures to increase from the source of cosmetics production,However,problematic cosmetics still occur from time to time,which has a negative impact on the credibility of relevant government departments in Baiyun District.This article analyzes the role of cosmetic production quality supervision and social co-governance in the supervision process in Baiyun District of Guangzhou in depth,Guangzhou,combining the analysis of cosmetic regulatory data over the years and the results of in-depth interviews with cosmetic manufacturers and consumer questionnaire,in-depth interviews with relevant government departments and industry associations,from the different perspectives of government management departments,manufacturing and sales enterprises,industry associations,and consumers,making a detailed analysis of the participants,participation methods,participation content,and guarantee of social co-governance in cosmetics supervision in Baiyun District,and deeply analyze the problems and causes of cosmetic production quality supervision based on social co-governance in Baiyun District,Guangzhou,find out the crux of theproblem,based on the actual situation,put forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures,to further improve the supervision of cosmetic production quality in Baiyun District and even Guangzhou.
