In China, small and medium-sized enterprises are important parts which can create social wealth,promote national economy to develop smoothly, and they are the main forces to solve the employment problem. Small and medium-sized enterprises in Labor-intensive industries in promoting national economic development of China and employment have played a more significant role. But faced with increasingly fierce competition in the market, small and medium-sized enterprises'disadvantages also show obviously. Business owners have paid more and more attention to improve human resources quality of their own company in the past years.How the enterprises absorb new employee into the enterprises as soon as possible, more and more enterprises firstly thought training. But training in small and medium-sized enterprises have many problems, such as lacking of concentration on the flawed and targeted training system, lacking of supporting system of the trainer, lacking of efficient training operating model.This paper is a case study for a new employee training project of GY (A Firm in Labor-intensive Industries). The author entered the site of the project, by observing, interviewing and researching literature, the author try to know how GY under the circumstances of less resource can guarantee higher training effectiveness. From the angle of human resource development process comprehensively study the new staff training program of GY. This paper attempts to research GY in constructing training system,trainer team and efficient operation model to inspire other small and medium-sized enterprises.
