With the development of urbanization revolution, and the development of the urbanization construction, especially the rise sharply of economic of the second and third tier cities, all of these make the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises has more space, but also has brought more competition and challenges. Person with ability is the core competition of enterprises, also is the main force of the development of enterprises. How to gain the excellent person with ability is the important factor that enterprises should take into account. From the point of view of enterprise development, just rely on hiring or other ways to introduce talents is difficult to satisfy the requirements of the rapid development of enterprises. How to train employees and let them to develop with the company, and to find the value of their own is the most important problem that enterprise should be put emphasis on. Training employees is the vital method to improve the effect of enterprises and promote its development; it has very important significance for the enterprises’ future. A good training employee not only can help enterprises to improve the efficiency of work and production, but also can help companies to gain more living space, and do better to fulfill the requirements of society, and to adapt to the pace of the times. This article attempts to through the research of the small and medium-sized enterprise staff training problem in NanChang, to sum up the problems which are exist in the employees training, and explore the rule and probe coping strategies. The writer has based on use some articles for reference, and set some questionnaires, to investigate71small and medium-sizes enterprise and487employees. Then, come to a conclusion:In regard of training concept, most administrators and employees think that, it is necessary to take the employees training. Both of administrators and employees think that training is to be qualified the work better. But administrators are take more emphasis on the future development of enterprises, and employees are take more emphasis on the improve personal comprehensive and personal prospect. When refers to training institution, most of administrators think that, enterprises has training institution, but they usually not take it seriously, so the operability of institution is not good enough, and enterprises is lack of sufficient resources; but most of employees do not know well of enterprises training institution, some employees think that, even the company has its training institution, but it cannot take into role, it is because of the worse operability and too much work.In aspect of training resource, enterprises has relative departments, but with insufficient expenditure, most of the training lecturers and administrators are senior, and few of them are employ external lecturers. And the training place usually choose internal place and rent place.When it comes to training implement, it give prior to course work, and the main content is knowledge of work, operate skill, enterprises rules and groups cooperate ability and so on; most enterprises did not do well the training assess work; the time for training usually choose in the weekends, employees did not take part into the training positively, this is mainly because of unreasonable time arrangement, and boring content.In regard of training result, most administrators and employees think the training is helpful, and it can improve the comprehensive capacity and work skill of employees, and improve the entirely competition of enterprise, also improve cohesive force of enterprises and employees. At the same time, most enterprises and employees think that, the practicability and training and expand of knowledge should be enforced, and improve the teachers’level, also need add training expenditure and develop diversification training forms.
