Effective production adopted by Joint Venture, composed by two or more parts, is one of the most important trade models. Among these Joint Ventures, the majority is the Medium and Small-sized Joint Ventures (MSJV). Human resource management (HRM) has recently become into the core of the enterprise management, and the human capital into the most valuable fortune. With the rapid development of knowledge and technology, training, hence, is an important way to keep and add the value of the human capital for MSJVs. Through training, enterprise can get demanded employees; meanwhile, employees can get improving to survive and develop in this changing world. Therefore, a right training plan, designed according to the characters of the enterprise and the conditions of the employees, will bring an excellent effect and significant interesting to them.It is no denying that training is the key parts in HRM. This paper begins with HRM exploitation, combined with training theories to discuss the main parts of the enterprise training--training demand estimating, training aim setting, training plan making, training implementing and controlling, and training effect estimating--which gives us a clear outline of worker training system. Basing on it, the paper analyses the characters of worker training in the famous JVs. It also points out the shortcomings existing in the domestic MSJVs according to the fruits of their training. What's more, the paper takes Tianjin BRL CO.,LTD. for example, analyses its actualities of training and points out its problems, which, factually, exist in the trainings of domestic MSJVs either. Finally, according to the existing problems, this paper redesigns the training plan and its implementing guarantee.The author hopes to set up the training system for BRL according to the research on its training and hopes this paper will be significant to the same kind of enterprises to set up their training system.
