Under the background of implement comprehensively of the collective tenure system reform in China, Beijing began to do the reform work. The main characteristics of it's reform is compulsive change, the government has formulated the reform models.The characteristics of compulsive change and Beijing's forestry resource status limit the add pathway of peasants' forestry incomes. The study wants to find the Influencing Factors of Peasant's Forestry Income, to search the realization road. During the concrete study, under the theory of new institutional economics, modern property rights theory and modern forestry theory, from the visual angle of the rural peasants, the study explores the influencing factors of choosing will to the reform models. Under this foundation, the study has found the influencing factors of peasant's forestry income. Combined with the Beijing's forestry lands resources and experiences of Collective Tenure System Reform in southern China, the study makes some suggestions to promote the increase of the forestry incomes. Concretely speaking, the government should enhance the capitalization management of the forestry resources, perfect the supporting reforms (build the FFC's, develop the forest insurance, encourage social participation with forestry industry, support the forest property collateral loan and changing the owner of forest land), intensify publicity of the collective tenure system reform, to ensure the increase of rural peasant's recognition.
