Research On Collective Forest Tenure Reform In China

In the international environment of the economic globalization and politicalmulti-polar, with steady achievement of the modernization construction and reform ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics, with the improvement of science andtechnology, and with the rapid development of economy and society, the newconditions of economy practically requires that as an important component of thetheory of Marxism, Marx’s theory of property rights should be advanced with thetimes and be innovated. To the complex and volatile international economicenvironment and the interaction between Marx’s theory of property rights with themodern theory of property rights in the western, How to play the guiding role ofMarx’s theory of property rights in collective forest tenure reform in China? How toguide people to insist on the correct position, viewpoint and methodology in collectiveforest tenure reform? These are essential for us to keep the nature of socialism withChinese characteristics in collective forest tenure reform in China. To tackle theseproblems, the essence of Marx’s theory of property rights should be integrated into thepractice of collective forest tenure reform in China.
