The new round of collective forest tenure reform and its supporting reform measures not only protect the ecological environment security,but also promote social and economic development,increase farmers' employment and income.Especially for poor areas with more fragile ecological environment,the reform played a greater role to a certain extent.How to ensure the income of farmers,how to guide the production behavior of farmers,how to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of rural society,and how to further consolidate the new round of collective forest tenure reform and its supporting reform achievements and the follow-up development have become the focus of the state,society and relevant interest groups.Based on the 8-year long-term balanced panel data of 1497 sample farmers in 9 provinces,18 counties,this study used the simultaneous equations to analyze the impact of the main reform of collective forest tenure reform and its supporting reform on the input and income of production factors of different types of farmers.The relevant conclusions are as follows:1)Implementing the main body reform of collective forest tenure reform increases the input of forestry labor force and forestry production cost of agricultural part-time households,non-agricultural part-time households and non-farmer households,but reduces the input of pure farmer households.From the perspective of income,the higher the degree of households'concurrent occupation,the better the overall effect of the new round of collective forest tenure reform.2)The effect of insurance on pure farmer households5 forestland,forestry labor force and forestry production cost investment is more positive than that of agricultural part-time households,non-agricultural part-time households and non-farmer households.The higher the degree of households' concurrent occupation,the weaker the effect of policy-based forest insurance on households' income.3)The impact of forest mortgage loan on forestland and forestry production cost of agricultural part-time households and non-agricultural part-time households is better than pure farmer households.The higher the degree of concurrent occupation,the better the impact of forest mortgage have effect on income.Based on the above conclusions and the actual situation from the research area,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to enhance the sustainability of the new round of collective forest tenure reform and how to promote farmers'income.The research results have certain reference value for the construction of ecological civilization,economic development and new rural construction in the new round of collective forest tenure reform areas in China.
