| The idea of "Wuhan 1+8 city circle" has been nominated for more than 9 years. During the 9 years, Wuhan kept a high developing speed. "Wuhan's GDP has across the gap of 30 billion Yuan,40 billion Yuan, and 50 billion Yuan with 55 billion Yuan reported last year. Wuhan continuous beyond 5 cities such as Ningbo of Zhejiang province and bounced back the fifth place in the ranking of 15 deputy province cities, which symbolized it has returned to the first group of the national economy track."As the forefront of the urbanization process, Rural-Urban Fringe has caught more and more attention of the academia, government, and residents. How to prevent its environment, how to well plan it and how to use it properly became a major concern of the society.Based on the tourism system planning and design, take the space structure configuration as the breakthrough point, the thesis actively explored tourism's role and effect of the urbanization process in order to raise space economic organizational degree, plan as a whole to urban and rural development, and build a harmonious social structure.
