Study Of Spatial Conformity Of Urban-rural Fringe Based On Urban And Rural Co-ordination

With the promotion of the urbanization process, most domestic cities enter the construction period when centre district and periphery area develop in step. Urban-rural fringe is a new transitional area derived on the urban-rural region system, it's the main region where most urban space increases. In the face of the urbanization and lack of land that can be used in urban centre district, the city is expanding outwards constantly, a large amount of urban construction is arranged in urban-rural fringe. But because of imbalance of developent in urban and rural areas at present, a series of development contradiction of urban-rural fringe appear, and bring space development incongruous finally.Space bears the weight of social economic activity in a region, whose development state is reflection of the regional social economic characteristic too, but the sharpening of space contradiction has reduced the efficiency and benefit of regional development, hindered the maximization of whole interests of urban and rural areas. Urban-rural fringe is the leading region to realize integration of urban and rural areas, whose space rational development is the materials carriers where realizes-social economic development, so the research to that this regional space develops in harmony is significant for coordinating regional development and promoting the process of integration in urban and rural areas.Regarding urban and rural co-ordination as the visual angle, spatial conformity as the cut in point, this thesis revelates the development driving force of urban-rural fringe and inherent reason for the lack of spatial coordination. Based on this analysis, it discusses the way and tactics of spatial conformity in urban-rural fringe. The article begins with the introduction of study background and differentiation and analys of relevant concepts. On the basis of summarizing those existing study and relevant theories, it analyzes the development power mechanism of urban-rural fringe and the characteristic of space development deeply, revelates inherent reason for the lack of spatial coordination. Then it proposes the thinking of spatial conformity based on urban and rural co-ordination in urban-rural fringe, including three kinds of spatial conformity mode and the thinking of organic integration, and spatial conformity tactics further, including spatial structure conformity, land conformity tactics and coordinating mechanism of spatial conformity. On the basis of theoretical research, it regards North district in Shangshui county as the target of case study, which is the key region in Zhou-Shang integration, analyzes its spacial development power and current space situation, fixes the goal of spatial conformity, and carries on application study of spatial conformity tactics for North district in Shangshui county.
