In my opinion, the most effective solution to the problem is to devote major efforts to developing the land transfer system. So to speak, the way to develop and perfect the land transfer system, is the necessary requisition of fitting the market economy system and pushing the development of agricultural economics. With the intensifying of agriculture economics system reform, some new change and new developments turn in the agriculture land transfer system. And the academe do much study on it.Here by introducing the concept, principle and form of the agriculture land transfer, reviewing the development history of that, and by analysis of cases of the land transfer in Caidian Wuhan, to elaboratet the problems in the land transfer system:The whole development level is not high; it is unbalanced in each area; funds shortage; and it is insufficient to cause the stamina of development and so on.Based on that, to compare with that of developed countries, here I analyze the reasons that our land transfer system steps into difficult position.
