With the advance of rural market-oriented reform, labor mobility enhanced significantly between the countries and industries. The differences of farmer technical level, market participants and so on result in the significant differences of income structure and employment structure between rural-households.These differences through accumulation make the rural-households differentiation. The rural-households differentiation appears that the proportion of the pure farmers declines, the proportion of the part-time farmers and non-farm farmers increases. The rural-households differentiation makes economic and social status differences. These differences caused farmers of different dependence on the land and the property value of cognitive preferences. Finally, the different types of rural-households have different land transfer ways. How will the different types of rural-households from rural-households Differentiation dispose the land to achieve the appropriate scale management. For this question, based on the perspective of the rural-households differentiation, this paper investigates the different types of rural-households' land transfer ways by using the cross section data of fixed observation points in China from 2003 to 2011.The results prove that:(1)All types of Rural-households the main land disposal is to maintain the existing scale land and do not involve in land transfer.Concurrent business dose not necessarily leads the rural-households to rent or rent out land.the high level of part-time farmers involved in the land transfer is mainly determined by their family labor structure and land resources.(2)From the view of the households' endowment, the households with more labor, the lower level of family's off-farmer employment and the younger rural householder are more likely rent their land and the scale of land rent is bigger. But for the high level of part-time farmers,if their householder has a higher level of education, they would not tend to rent out their land and the scale of land rent is smaller.(3)From the view of the land's characteristics, the households with the lager numbers of land plots tend to rent their land, not rent out land and the scale of land rent is bigger. But for the high level of part-time farmers, the rural-households which have more land or prefer to plant commercial crop are more likely to rent out their land and the land transfer scale of them are bigger.(4)From the view of the regional characteristics, the households whose land terrain is more rugged are likely to rent out land and the scale of land rent out is bigger. The households in the suburban area tend to maintain the existing scale land and do not involve in land transfer. The pure farmers and part-time farmers who live in the area with lower level of economic development tend to maintain the existing scale land and do not involve in land transfer.even if they take a part in land transfer, the the scale of land rent out is smaller. But the non-farm farmers tend to rent out land in these areas and the scale of land rent out is bigger.(5)The policies of land transfer have different affection on different types of rural-households For the pure farmers and part-time farmers of type ?,the policy drives them to rent their land and the scale of land rent is bigger. For the part-time farmers of type II,the policy drives them to rent out land but it have no influence on the scale of land rent out.For the non-farm farmers, the policy drives them to rent out their land and the scale of land rent out is bigger.According to the above research conclusions, this paper proposes some recommendations from the two views of the market and main body of land transfer. It Includes:make the land property rights more clear;cultivate intermediary organizations in land transfer market;make the price standard of land transfer according of the market supply and demand;cultivate more forms of land transfer according of the regional characteristics;promote agricultural labor force and accelerate the migrant workers into the city;cultivate grain large and provide more subsidies for them.
