Research On The Financial Strategy Management Based On Value-based Management

With economic globalization process accelerating, the competitive of enterprises also is becoming increasingly fierce.Enterprises have to turn short-term target to long-term profitability in order to survive longer, and they also turn specialization function management to over all decision-making management.The enterprise strategy management ideas therefrom.Soon after that,the financial strategy management also rose to the strategic height and get high attention as a function strategy of enterprise.With the emergence and development of the value-based management theory, People come to realize that the maximization of enterprise value t goal namely is long-term profitability.Therefore, the research on the enterprise financial strategy management based on the value-based management is inevitability.Because little attention is paid to financial strategic management in Chinese company, many managers make their financial strategic decision just according to their personal experience and judgment, and this definitely leads to the lack of strategic vision and the poor development of core competitiveness of companies. In this paper, we put forward the methods and means of the formulation, implementation controlling and evaluation of the financial strategy, which is under the value-based management. These methods and means are made on the basis of the study of previous scholars and they are undoubtedly much more perfect and feasible. All the methods and means are analyzed and evaluated on the ground of real case. The article adopts the combination of theoretic modeling and empirical study and the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method of study.The subject of my paper is divided into seven parts:introduction, literature review, financial strategic formulation, financial strategic implementation and control, financial strategic performance evaluation, the case analysis, conclusions and prospect.The first chapter proposes the research methods based on the researches at home and abroad.The second chapter elaborates the related theory.The third chapter analyzes the factors which influence financial strategy formulation, determines the value driving factors of model, and construct the model. The fourth chapter elaborates financial strategy implement principles, steps and the control method. The fifth chapter introduces performance evaluation method. The sixth chapter analysises the real case. The last part is the conclusion.
