| With China's sustained economic development and accession to WTO, the focus of enterprise management have changed gradually from the conventional local short-term management to the overall and long-term strategic management. With this trend financial strategy management also has got an unprecedented attention from theoretical and practical fields of finance. But by now, most of the research of this theory concentrated on funds-raising, investing, profit-distributing and M&A etc, few of them study on the construction of the financial strategic management system. This article attempts to apply the financial strategy management theory to the company's financial management. With the company's environmental analysis, the author develops the company's financial strategic objectives, the implement programs and strategic evaluation system, and evaluates the current status of implementation. As the state-owned large and medium enterprises have not implemented financial strategy management model fully, there is forward-looking in this article which studies the theory in practice, and it will guide the Times Electric Company's financial management.Corporate strategy guide its overall activities. It is the scientific forecasting and rational planning for the next few years. Financial strategy is one of the supporting part of the strategies. It is the extension of the corporate strategy to the financial management, and it is an integral part of the corporate strategy management. First, the author has analyzed the present conditions of the financial strategy management theory and the financial management of the Times Electric Company to bring up the problem of the original management mode. Then, using the financial strategy management, the author has analyzed the resources about the company, proposed the strategic object by using the SWOT analysis, and put forward the gradual implementation program including adjusting the organizational structure, reengineering the business process, allocating the financial resource, constructing the control system, constructed the evaluation system with financial indicators and non-financial indicators, and attempted to evaluate preliminary results. Lastly, the author gives some suggestions about the strategy for the Times Electric company's financial strategic management system. |
