Management Game ("MG" for short) project is an global participation business education course opened in the late1970s and80s by Carnegie Mellon University. The course created a simulated business environment of competition by computer and network technology, allowing each company operators in this virtual environment operating their own companies. The course can cultivate students’ comprehensive ability and independent operation of the practice, is popular in Europe and the United States, Japan and other business management institute and the big companies. It has brought into MBA curriculum system or for the enterprise staff training. In2001Northeastern university began to join Carnegie Mellon university Management Game course project of virtual operation, for MBA students provides a simulating the actual operation of the platform.In the simulation environment, Jura wrist watch company by our team management operation is competed with four other companies. Companies are all produced two kinds of products, in six international market into marketing activities. Through the company’s overall strategy, production strategy, marketing strategy and financial strategy formulating and implementing, it carried out the overall operations of the company. The company’s strategic decided for the company’s operation ideas, formed and other companies of different management style. I was in Jura company as a chief financial officer (CFO). I am responsible for the company’s financial strategy formulation and implementation. This topic research is based on MG environment Jura company for2012-2014years of financial strategy summary, based on the analysis of the formation.There are six chapters in the dissertation. Chapter1introduces the research background, purpose and meaning, and introduces the general situation of the Jura Company. Chapter2elaborate management theory of the financial strategy. Chapter3analyzed Jura company’s financial strategy environment. Chapter4accorded to the financial strategy analysis results to choice financial strategy. Chapter5analysed Jura Company2012-2014three years of financial strategy. Chapter6planed Jura Company2015-2017three years of financial strategy.
