In the fierce competitive environment, China Construction Bank Gansu branch has accelerated the pace of the international business as there are many trade competitions and developing opportunities among international business. However, the trade financing business of CCB compared to ICBC and BOC have some kinds of difference and limited based on the specific external environment, the mechanism of bank itself as well as the understand upon the trade financing business have limitations. Unfortunately, CCB trade financing business has developed drab and lack of innovation. At present, facing the accelerated competitive rate among other commercial banks, there are many problems which CCB has to solve. What's the way to do trade financing business better? How to satisfy the clients'demand? We have to find out the solution.This paper first present from the internal and external environment in trade financing business of China Construction Bank Gansu Branch, then analyze the resource and competition ability of the companies. Secondly, the paper clarifies current situation and superiority as well as market conditions of trade financing business in CCB Gansu Branch. Finally, the paper indicates the problems which CCB Gansu Branch have and give the solutions as well as suggestions about the trade financing business based on the comparison among local commercial banks and bands in developed regions related to their trade financing businesses.In the field of trade financing business marketing, CCB Gansu Branch should integrate the products and focus on the VIP as well as serve both small and medium-sized enterprise clients. We also need to find a way about integrated marketing and service to sacrifice our clients in customer services, qualities as well as values through personalized and differentiation services, so as to realize the customers' contributions to CCB.
