It is mainly manifested by the forms of anti-dumping, Technical Trade Barriers, Green Barrier, the barrier of Intellectual Property, etc., holding the "reasonable" banners of protecting human healthy, animals' safety and the environment. New means, approaches and standards of trade protection keep emerging, such as 2005"WEEE",2006"RoHS" and "Positive List System" , 2007 new laws about the limit of food contaminants (EC1881/Regulation 2006), "REACH Act" and "EUP Instruction", the American law of ALR effective from Feb.2008 and so on. China's rapid development on Export made us one great trade nation worthy of the name as well as the main attacked object and the severely affiliated area of new trade protectionism. Trade conflicts that targeted China's Export until 2006, China has increasingly turned out.
