The Research On Performance Assessment System Of RP Factory

As a core work of comprehensive performance management, performance evaluation is paid high attention by many large and medium-sized enterprises, becomes an important part of enterprise management. How to design and set up a set of performance evaluation system, which is in accordance with company growth and causes company performance rise, has become an important goal of enterprise's owners and operators.In order to solve many problems that appear in the performance appraisal system of the RP factory, in this article, the author will devise a set of performance appraisal system that is KPI integration based on BSC. In the specific design, the author will research the critical successful factors, which lead the RP factory strategic aims to implement, with the theory of balanced scorecard (BSC) to sort out the enterprise's KPI target framework, carry on the closely related analysis again using the target matrix exploded view. Making those strategic objectives go with the corresponding functional departments, the author will use the causes and effects relational graph to determine department's KPI targets combining the department's responsibility. The author will eventually decompose the department's KPI targets into individual, then personal KPI index will be obtained. Meanwhile integrated such evaluation content of work ability, work tasks, work attitude and events, a more executive and practical enterprise's performance index system will be obtained.We will provide a powerful internal control method for the establishment and implementation of the new performance evaluation system to promote and lastingly keep core competition for the RP factory. At the same time, the author also hopes to provide the some beneficial reference and help from strategy and approach for those similar large refining enterprise that want to improve the performance appraisal system.
