In recent years, with the development of market economy, competition among enterprises is also growing, and the competition among the companies is for talented persons, as a result,maintaining employee loyalty is the key to companies development. A survey shows that SMEs employee turnover rate, and do double the growth, remain part of the company’s employees is still considering whether and when to leave or resignation, which can explain the loyalty of employees of SMEs to the enterprise level is not high, Today, such problems have become the company’s human resources department a headache and concern.Faced with this situation, SMEs should seek to enhance employee loyalty. SMEs to develop and enhance staff loyalty is essential for business to understand the basic situation of the staff to conduct a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of their inner needs, relationships, and other emotional needs. Disloyal employees of the company when it is feeling companies can not honor their commitments, their aspirations can not be achieved, unbalanced mind, psychological change is psychological contract of this series. From Psychological Contract research staff loyaltyof the enterprise will have great help.Article structure framework is as follows:The first part is mainly introduced the research background, significance of this article, the relevant research both at home and abroad and research ideas and methods. The second part is the theoretical foundation, the loyalty, psychological contract and he relationship between psychological contract and loyalty and so on. The third part mainly for small and medium-sized enterprise employee loyalty has carried on the investigation and analysis, the result of the staff loyalty is not high. The fourth part from the perspective of psychological contract discusses the reasons of low employee loyalty. The fifth part from the dimension of psychological contract structure puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of ascension loyalty, and an application example of the targeted analysis.
