Staff loyalty is a major factor affected employees behavior, and this is a key to long-term strength to the development of enterprise. This paper takes Luoyang quanfu food for example and introduces the three dimensions of psychological contract as variables to analyze the relationship between psychological contract and employee loyalty, which reveals the internal deeper factors which impacts staff loyalty. I made the staff study on the psychological contract and employee loyalty survey, and used AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, correlation analysis and other statistical methods for data analysis. Finally get the following conclusions:First, psychological contract and employee loyalty are highly correlated.Second, there is a correlation between three dimensions of psychological contract and employee loyalty. That is specification dimension, interpersonal dimension and development dimension, they all have a correlation between employee loyalty.Third, there are part of the verification between Psychological contract and employee loyalty significantly. From this paper we can get that:the psychological contract and the work environment, the status of their own are moderate correlation; and the influence of leadership, business relationships atmosphere, corporate salaries and benefits system, career planning a high degree of correlation.Fourth, through this survey found that the degree of psychological contract fulfillment staff is relatively low, the paper from the three dimensions in order to demonstrate the development dimension of the lowest, followed by the specification dimension, and finally the interpersonal dimension. Finally, the data support the above conclusion, the paper for how to improve the employee loyalty, recommendations and put forward feasible measures, but also the lack of research papers were discussed. Expect similar results to the employee loyalty management company to provide a meaningful reference value.
