The rapid development of market economy makes the competition more and more fierce, more and more competition facing the survival and development of enterprises for the performance of creative competition. Knowledge of science and technology as a strategic resource for enterprise development, plays a decisive role to the healthy and sustainable development of enterprise. R& D personnel as the core of scientific and technological resources, is the source of enterprise creativity, but also a valuable resource for enterprise development, therefore, the effective use of R & D personnel, strengthen the management of R & D personnel, research and development to improve staffs loyalty to enterprises, stimulate enterprise R & D personnel’s working enthusiasm and initiative, is one of the enterprise human resources management tasks. However, R & D personnel and the general staff of the differences, the enterprise to retain them, to ensure the loyalty, needs the enterprise managers have to understand and pay attention to the specific circumstances and their needs, establish a close relationship of the psychology of the psychological contract, which is also called. The theory of psychological contract was introduced into management field in twentieth Century 90 time, the mobilization of the enthusiasm of the staff to ensure the loyalty of employees, the role of being recognized. But with the development of the theory of psychological contract, how to dynamic management of psychological contract, and the application of psychological contract to improve employee loyalty, has become the primary task of human resource management in modern enterprises. A as a network information technology enterprises, R & D personnel directly responsible for information technology, software products research and development aspects of the work, continue to develop new products for the company to expand the market, enhance thecore competitiveness of enterprises, R & D personnel play a crucial role in the development process of A in the enterprise, their loyalty to the enterprise is also related to the survival and development of enterprises, is an important indicator to measure the success of enterprise management. Therefore, for A enterprises, accurate understanding of R & D personnel working attitude and demands, to attract and retain talent, constantly improve their loyalty to the enterprise, encourage them to struggle and hard work, has become an important topic facing enterprise managers. Therefore, this paper takes the A company as an example, on the perspective of psychological contract from the perspective of corporate R & D staff loyalty based on A, to explore the influence of psychological contract on customer loyalty and the method of R & D staff loyalty, in order to promote the scientific development of the enterprise, improve enterprise management level.This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly expounds the research background and significance of thesis, research status at home and abroad, the research purpose and content, research methods and innovation points etc.. The second chapter defines the related concepts. Mainly for personnel of research and development, the theory of psychological contract and the loyalty theory expounded the theory, including the definition, characteristics and effect, which is the theoretical basis of this study, is an important basis for the next step of research and analysis. The third chapter A R & D personnel present situation analysis and the questionnaire of loyalty. By choosing A company as case study object, through psychological contract questionnaire and the sample enterprise R & D personnel are defined and conducted a questionnaire survey. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the influence of psychological contract on the R & D staff loyalty and causes. Through the survey results of the previous chapter, analysis of the impact of psychological contract on R & D staff loyalty, the existing problems and the causes of problems. Research on Countermeasures to improve R & D staff loyalty in chapter fifth. Based on the research and analysis of the empirical theory, the first several chapters on the countermeasures are put forward to provide R & D personnel loyalty in the perspective of psychological contract. The sixth chapter is conclusion and outlook.This paper summarizes and analyzes the lack of research in this area, and make the scientific outlook.
